Orders and Shipping

How long does order processing take?
Standard order processing takes 1 to 2 business days. After shipment, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days.

Can I track my order?
Yes, after your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number by email. A shipment tracking page is also available on the Handmade with Mari website.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders are shipped free of charge, regardless of the cart value.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 3 hours of purchase by contacting support@handmaadewithmari.com. After this time, you will not be able to cancel or modify the order — you will need to use the return procedure.

Products and Care

Do the products look the same as in the photos?
Yes, we make every effort to ensure that the photos accurately reflect the color and style. Small differences may occur due to screen settings.

How should I care for the products I purchase?
We recommend following the washing instructions on the labels. This will help preserve the shape and quality of the material for longer.

Returns and Refunds

What is the return period?
Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer exchanges. You can place a new order and return the previous product according to our Returns and Refund Policy.

Who covers the return shipping cost?
If the customer changes their mind, the customer covers the return shipping cost. In the case of defects or damage, Handmade with Mari covers the return shipping cost.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after the product is inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 20 days, taking into account possible delays from the bank.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed through a secure payment gateway.

What should I do if my payment fails?
You can try again or place the order once more. If the problem persists, please contact customer support.
